What is a nanofiber?
A nanofiber is a fiber with a diameter in the nanometre range. It is the finest fiber in the world. It’s tiny structure gives it a set of unique properties like a large surface area which we take advantage of in our products. Nanofibers are known for being very light, smooth and with a silky texture. They stand out through their high biocompatibility and other biomimetic features.
What is Nano95™ and Nano99™ filtration?
The filter membrane used with our masks have hydrophobic properties and a microporous structure. Despite the high filtration efficiency of up to 99%, they are particularly air-permeable and suitable for long-term wear.

When should I wear nanofiber filtered masks?
Worldwide, face masks have become an essential accessory for daily activities like grocery shopping, using public transport or going for a run. Considering the exceptional situation we are living these days, we recommend wearing your nanofiber mask when visiting businesses, closed spaces, when using public transport, and at certain workplaces (other than healthcare and similar) when involving physical proximity to many other people. However, we strongly recommend you follow your local safety guidelines and regional authority

How do I clean the polyester fabric mask?
We strongly recommend you wash your mask at 60ºC without filter to ensure total disinfection. Care instructions are: Machine-wash safe at 60ºC. Recommended delicate cycle and less than 30 mins washing program.
How often is it necessary to wash my nanofilter mask?
The nanofiber mask should be disinfected immediately after use and every time you use the mask. This frequency depends on the usage time as well as the environment conditions where it is being used, but always after a maximum 24h use.

How does the [n]fibrecare mask differ from the rest of dry sheet masks?
Compared to its dry sheet mask alternatives, the [n]fibrecare mask holds several competitive advantages. It is made of ultra fine and breathable nanofibers which allow the skin to breathe while protecting it from outside impurities. While other dry sheet masks actives only through massage or body temperature, the [n]fibrecare mask releases its ingredients automatically and immediately after touching your moist skin. This is why the application of [n]fibrecare only takes 8 minutes compared to 15-25 minutes of its peers.
Is the mask suitable for sensitive skin types?
Absolutely. Let us tell you why. Firstly, nanofibers which represent the active part of the mask are fully biocompatible and biodegradable. They are made of materials commonly used in medicine, e.g. for manufacturing of eye drops, wound covers and surgical tool. Secondly, the formulations are designed very gently and skin-friendly. They are free of silicones, parabens, perfumes, colours, acrylates and other irritating ingredients commonly found in other commercial sheet masks. In the [n]fibrecare portfolio, we included two masks specifically designed for the needs of sensitive skin. The Skin-Conditioning mask contains only two ingredients for soothing and moisturizing your skin in the delicate way possible. The Inert mask is free of active ingredients enabling a more sanitary and efficient application as well as absorption of your favourite skincare products.
What is the best way for the [n]fibrecare mask application?
Ensure your skin is thoroughly cleansed and toned prior to applying the mask. Generously moisten your face with lukewarm water. Relax for 8 minutes and let the effective nano technology begin to transfer all of the active ingredients to your skin. Take the mask out of the pouch, unfold and peel off the protective colored layer and apply the white side of the mask on to your wet face. Remove the mask from your face. Do not rinse or massage your face, allow the active substances to penetrate the skin completely and activate. Enjoy the long-lasting effects. Use as needed. Recommended use 1—2 times per week. To experience quicker results, use as a part of your daily face care regimen.
